DRENGR sells one-time preparation and readiness packages. Review the specific service page and the displayed price and deliverables before purchasing.

Who provides the service

DRENGR Corrective Compliance Division is an independent service of Drengr Business Operations Division, operated by Anthony Sweder. We are not FMCSA, USDOT, Florida DBPR or another regulator, and the services are not legal representation.

Scope of the purchase

The purchased package covers the document-preparation, record assessment, correspondence, requirements list, outstanding-actions breakdown and other items actually described for that package. It does not include physical repairs, attorney services, operating authority itself, an insurance policy or filings that must legally be made by an authorized third party. Government and third-party fees are separate unless expressly stated.

Information and customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate case identifiers, relevant notices and any documents necessary for the agreed work. Customers remain responsible for correcting actual safety problems, submitting or authorizing official filings, protecting account access and complying with orders and deadlines. DRENGR does not require passwords or impersonate the customer, an insurer or process agent.

Preparation timing

The stated processing policy is that payments received before 8 PM Eastern are completed and sent the same day, while payments after 8 PM Eastern are processed for completion by noon Eastern the following day. This describes preparation delivery, not FMCSA or DBPR decision timing. A missing or unusable customer record may require clarification before a carrier- or establishment-specific file can be completed.

Agency outcomes and guarantees

DRENGR guarantees preparation of the agreed package as described, not reinstatement, dismissal of violations, agency acceptance, a passed reinspection or any government processing time. The agency controls official decisions. For preparation-fee refund conditions, see the Refund Policy.
